The Return of the Gourmils Talent Advent Calendar 🎅

At Foodles, the end of the year is the perfect time to celebrate our teams and highlight those who contribute to our success every day. With this in mind, we created the Gourmils Talent Advent Calendar, a festive and caring event that celebrates our employees and their initiatives.

First 12 Days:

The Foodler AwardsFrom December 1st to 12th, each day of the calendar features a Foodler for a quality or characteristic that makes them stand out. Here are a few examples of the awards given:

  • Cookie Eater Award: For the one who never leaves a cookie behind.
  • MacGyver of the Office Award: For the one who always finds solutions to any problem!
  • Smile Award: For the one who brightens our days.
  • Fashion Award: For the most stylish team member.
  • Foodles Ballon d’Or AwardThese fun and positive distinctions are shared daily on Slack, showcasing the energy and positivity of our teams.

Last 12 Days:

Highlighting InitiativesFrom December 13th to 24th, the Executive Committee (Comex) takes over to highlight the initiatives and actions that have added the most value to Foodles. Each Comex member selects an exceptional initiative from their department. These actions, revealed daily, highlight employees who went the extra mile and contributed directly to the growth and positive impact of Foodles. On the 23rd, however, five Foodlers are featured in one case to showcase each department of our Operations.

This second part of the calendar ensures fair representation of all departments, reinforcing teamwork and collective recognition.
