What drives us: making AI accessible to everyone, to benefit each person. Our vision? AI made by the team, for the team. In practical terms, it means that anyone — no matter their job or technical background — can use automation and analysis tools to make their work easier.

Around this idea, a true AI community has formed. It brings together team members from all backgrounds, united by a shared desire to learn, share, and grow together. Internal workshops, real-life examples, tips anyone can use… Here, we learn from each other.

Our belief: anyone can start using AI, at their own pace. We focus on a hands-on, step-by-step approach where trying things out is encouraged. The goal isn’t to become an expert overnight, but to take a first step, then a second… until you can make better decisions, focus on higher-value tasks, and be more efficient every day.

Yes, AI helps us automate. Yes, it helps us make smarter decisions, thanks to data. But what really makes a difference is our team mindset: continuous learning, strong support, and a shared drive to keep improving, together.
Foodles’ expertise shared with others
Because we believe in sharing, we also go beyond our own walls. Florent Cattaneo, our AI & Data expert, recently led a session in the AI for Business course at ESCP, designed for managers and executives. A great recognition — and more importantly, a chance to spread our AI culture beyond Foodles.

And what’s next?
This is just the beginning. AI keeps evolving, and so do we. What’s certain is that at Foodles, we’ll keep seeing it as a way to boost autonomy, growth, and collaboration.
