Celebrating International HR Day at Foodles
At Foodles, we firmly believe that "human resources" is not just a support service, but a cornerstone of our organization. On the occasion of International HR Day, we want to express our gratitude and pay tribute to all the members of our HR team. There are 14 Gourmils working every day for the well-being of our employees.
HR roles are diverse and essential, covering areas such as recruitment, talent management, training, personal development, payroll, and much more. These experts are the architects of our company culture, ensuring that every employee feels valued, understood, and supported in their professional journey.
The Impact of HR on Employee Lives
HR plays a crucial role in creating a healthy and motivating work environment. Their mission goes far beyond mere administrative management. They are the guardians of our corporate culture, ensuring that our values of kindness, friendliness, authenticity, transparency, and commitment are embodied every day.
Thanks to them, Foodles has implemented wellness programs (sports coaching, yoga, parenting charter...), continuous training, and diversity and inclusion initiatives that strengthen the sense of belonging and personal fulfillment. Through their attentive listening and ability to understand each person's needs, they create a climate of trust and mutual respect, essential to our collective success.
Appreciation and Recognition
On this International HR Day, we warmly thank our HR team for their dedication and positive impact. Their often quiet but always crucial work deserves to be recognized and celebrated. They are the unsung heroes who enable Foodles to grow and thrive by ensuring that every employee has the resources and support needed to flourish.
