Created in 2015 in Paris, Foodles provides a flexible and responsible alternative to B2B traditional foodservice catering. Fresh high-quality products are made available 24/7 in patented connected fridges and restocked every day by full-time delivery employees. The service enables companies to put CSR at the heart of their organisation and favours talent retention.
Foodles has raised 40M£ so far and is extending its activity to London to become the European leader for new gen B2B cafeterias! Thus, we are recruiting an A team to conquer British companies and reinvent the way Londoners eat at lunchtime.
Your mission:
You will be the marketing contact in the UK, you will work with our headquarters’ team to implement the marketing strategy. The position has first a role as a btob marketing, which means you will drive our actions with the PR agency but also a btoc component as your role is to animate our community of users.
Your responsibilities:
The main activities will be the following :

Strategic marketing:
- Work with headquarter to adapt global marketing strategy to the the local needs
- Manage relationship with our PR agency
- Work with growth manager to adapt the growth strategy to local needs
- Lead all aspects of the website, collaborating with the central marketing and website development team
- Experience executing A/B test initiatives
- Support the Head of International marketing with budgeting, budget monitoring and finance administration

Operational marketing:
- Marketing content creation and design for our user community
- Project manage preparation of marketing collateral, eg flyers and newsletters according to headquarter’s guidelines + identification of local suppliers, quotes.
- Mix of marketing content
- Adapt content for our trade show activities
- Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
Your profile:
You are the right person for us if you recognize yourself in the following profile:
- Marketing graduate with 1-2 years experience experience in a marketing team ideal
- Previous experience in the food industry would be helpful but not crucial
- Excellent communication and written skills
- A self-starter, able to operate independently with mentorship and support from the management team
- Very structured and project management oriented
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve results
- Fluent in English - French notions is a plus
And last but nos least: you have a status that allows you to work in the UK.
